Quick question... Are there "lunch Medifast menus" in Mcdonald's? Thanks for any comment. Another question I got... WOW! I am so upset! I can NOT seem to get past this 227-230 mark! It has been weeks and I am now wondering is this it?? Am I done? I am soooo sick of trying to tell myself...oh it's only a plateau...this too shall pass!.

Yep, although you might wanna make sure and wait for someone else here to confirm it as I am unsure. Better yet, why don't you contact the Medifast guys because they can give you an answer better...

Hi Elora1,.

Onederland is getting out of the 200's and into the 100's.....I have had MANY plateaus but never one that has lasted this long! Quite depressing I might add...oh well...I found a good treadmill this week and I think I will be buying it so I can pump up the.

To two miles a day instead of one! :).

Hey Karla.

I too can relate...I've been stuck at about 188-189 for what seems like ever. I did the 5 day pouch test and only lost 1 lb :(.

I'm only 5-2" and wish I could get it down to about 160-150...but it seems it will not happen for me..

It does get harder as time goes on. I've been crazy busy lately so Maybe I should up my.

Exercise.

....as I've really been focusing on protien this last few weeks..

We all know what to do.

Drink lots of water.

Eat our protein.

Exercise.

Keep a Medifast food log.

Remember we are better now than before and we can be better..

It is never easy..

Keep your chin up and think positive things.

We are here to support each other and it is ok to vent..

Shoot ya, I feel your pain. I lost 4 lbs in 1.5 months. I guess I need to go work out a little harder..

I hear you. from feb 1 to now only lost 6 lbs. I do go to the gym every two days. so not too sure what hsappening but hanging in there..

I am in the same boat...I know that the weight loss slows down at around the 6 month mark and I am 7 months out, but it still gets frustrating. But, we need to hang in there....watch what we eat.....

Exercise.

More (my weakest area) and realize how far we have come....I am down 110 lbs. since July.....would like to go another 30 lbs. down...may take me a while but I know I can do it. We all can do it. Hang in there...

Well damn. I thought I understood the lingo on this board and find out I didn't! I thought onederland was when you had lost 100 lbs. Guess you do learn something new every day...

I know it is hard, but be patient. Just keep do everything that you know you should and be honest with yourself about the food. I have lost 180 pounds in two years. I would go 3-4 weeks with no loss and then over a few days I would drop 5 pounds. This happened over and over. My last 10 pounds were the strangest; I didn't lose anything for months and then over a week I lost the 10...

Try changing your normal routine,I have been at a stall since january 29 at a weight of 229 on 02/11 I decided to add an extra 35 grams of protein and more water and as of today 02/16 lost 7 pounds.....

Same for me. Pounds are coming off very very slowly at 9 months and 152 pounds down. I thought I would be in onederland by now, but I am really trying to focus on other things. My body continues to change even when the scale doesn't, and my overall condition continues to improve. I am sure most folks who are a ways out will tell you the weight loss gets slower as you approach your goal. I have 47 pounds to go and expect I may not get there until after my apron is removed.

Hang in there, keep plugging away, and you are right - this too shall pass...

Hey Karla,.

I'm a newbie, but I've came to the conclusion with my weightloss stops, I'm usually losing inches. I lose a few pounds then nothing.....but, everyone says how I look like i've lost 5 pounds. I'd say your body is "evening out" That's how I describe it..
