Of course! however you might want to make sure and wait for another commenter to confirm it as I am not quite sure. Better yet, why don't you email the iPage guys because they can answer you better...
Thanks, Tucows' iPage site is full of dead links and is near impossible to navigate. Not sure how you got the phone numbers, but I'm impressed... I'll give them a ring tomorrow and hopefully will get things figured out...
Good ol Google - I did a search for "contact tucows" - I know....I cheated.
That's a different story..
Did you try creating a new RegFly account and pushing the HostGator to.
The new account?.
I have done this 3 times already..
The Auth Code appeared at bottom of the Who Is as it is supposed to..
I managed to transfer all 3 domains out..
Tip: Do not change any of the Who Is when you make the push..
P.S. The 3 domains I moved out were registered directly by RegFly..
Not thru RegFly's Enom or Tucows reseller accounts..
I don't know if that makes a difference or not...
Did the EPP codes show up for .us domains when you made the pushes? The EPP codes show up for all of my other domains...
Sorry but I only pushed .Info domains..
In case you don't know and if it's any consolation supposedly all our domains will be transferred to another Registrar sometime around March 31 or soon after..
This is when ICANN officially pulls the plug on RegFly..
I'm expecting the domains will be transferred without us having to pay a transfer fee..
Hopefully RegFly will not do anything further to block the transfers..
I'm worried my domains will not be affected by ICANN pulling accreditation, because the domains are in a resellers account. The only hope would be fore Tucows to pull RF's reseller account (like Enom did)...
I have 2 .US domains at RegFly..
I pushed them to my other account and the Auth Code does not show up..
Tucows is listed as the Registrar for my domains as well..
I contacted Nic.us and was given this info:.
1.Tucows Tel # 416-535-0123..
(I am finding it very difficult to talk to someone there. I finally selected the Sales option and am on hold over 12 minutes and counting as I type this)..
3.I was told to contact Neustar also.
I don't know if any of this will help so don't hold your breath..
Any luck getting through to a human being? I'm sitting on hold as well. Going on 9 minutes. Seems Tucows' customer support ranks next to RF's.....
No luck, I hung up after about 25 minutes..
Usually you get jerked around when you call a company's support line.
But if you call Sales someone usually pick's up quickly..
Here even Sales did not pick up. Very bad!.
I haven't sent any emails yet (and don't expect any help)..
By the way, have you seen this:.
RegisterFly Scandal Culminates in Class Action Lawsuit.
Winston Salem, NC - March 28, 2007 - Yesterday, a U.S. District Court judge unsealed a class action lawsuit... against Internet HostGator registrar RegisterFly along with...,.
The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN"),.
This is not a new lawsuit. It was kept quiet to protect the Complainant.
From RegFly retaliation and only unveiled yesterday..
What is interesting is ICANN did not take any action until the day after.
They were served notice of the suit..
I've joined the complaint against RF. I suggest everyone screwed over by them to do the same..
I sat on hold for 20 minutes before I got pissed off and hung up the phone. I'm not impressed with Tucows at all...
I am having .us problem as well, tucows just may be worth a mention when I send documents to law firm.
Its better than doing nothing and I cant afford to present my own case...
A special thanks to JP. His contact came through with the auth codes for me. For others in my same situation (who have domains registered through RF's Tucows' reseller account and can't get EPP codes), email.
Explain your situation and ask for the EPP codes to be send to the admin whois email...
Wow that guy is a legend..
Hope I havent got any that have changed contact info...
