If you check your contact details, and click "configure" at the bottom (just the way to get auth codes), you'll find a drop-down "profile" at the top of the contact info...make sure this shows "Default Registerfly Account Profile" which fills in the fields with the info you provided RegFly..
BtW, I just transferred 20 or so domains out...The whole TFR was easy and took less than a day to go through (to wild west)...
Go to RegisterFlies.com and look through the user comments. There is a lot of info that they have posted there that may help you. If you don't see anything helpful, register and post your question there. Good luck...
Registerflies.com provided a lot of helpful info and links and so have the forums..
Yet registerfly and Icann provided nothing..
Not even the curtiousy to return my emails and support tickets.
Not a single notice sent with even the slightest hint of assurance that my interlectual property is safe..
My domains have been hijacked and I can not change the registrant info back to my own..
You think that a breach of the code of ethics such as this would at least warrant a reply from the registrar or it's governing body..
What a scandel..
