You betcha! although you might wanna make sure and wait for another member here to confirm my answer as I am unsure. Better yet, why don't you e-mail the iPage guys because they can answer you better...
I can see my store, I just can't get into the admin panel...
I am new to this whole setup, but on mine the only login that I have is what I setup with my server. The actual admin panel itself didn't come with a login built in. Is this not how yours is? And if you are talking about www.bootyfull.net it is not up right now, I cannot access the site..

Post your admin configure.php file here without the database username, password..
In your admin folder, where ever you have that located, usually /catalog/admin/includes/configure.php.
But in your case maybe admin/includes/configure.php..
I am hoping someone can give me a hand..
Is giving my clients some hassels. Some customers are not able to create an account..If they are, sometimes they cant login after creating the account. In admin it shows that they have logged in but it looks like they dont actually get logged in. I am thinking it may have something to do with strange email address' ie:email@example.com..
At first I thought it might be overseas orders...but they have recieved other orders from over seas..
This is an error that a user got this morning..
Not the same as other customers who are having a hard time...

I usually have to login two times because of the admin contribution that was added will the change effect that contribution?..
I have been having problems loging in to my admin interface for the past two days. The problem is sporadically but now I haven't been able to login for the past 5 hours. I do have the admin contribution. I have been using oscommerce for a year & have bever had this problem before..
It's driving me crazy any suggestions?.
Looks to me like your whole server is down?..
