That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I discover an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you help..
You need to be kind to your self !.
Having weight issues is not just about Medifast food &.
If that was the case there would be no difficulty in losing weight..
I cant speak for anyone else but myself..
I am not powerless over Medifast food but it was my favorite friend..
For myself I have used Medifast food when I'm sad,mad,happy..
I was afraid to face issues to do with my past & my life..
I had to actively get involved in therapy..
Learn new ways to self soothe & take care of my self..
Is a tool not a cure to getting all of our self right..

I am told the coughing and the deep breathing are very important to prevent pneumonia. My GBS team told me the statistics on this were very clear..
At 11 years post op, you have a wealth of experience that, if and when you feel more up to it, I and others here who are fairly new to this could likely benefit from knowing. If you feel like sharing some of the ups and downs and what you have learned along the way, I would be most appreciative. But please do not feel in any way obligated to respond now. Focus on your immediate healing and recovery..
Like this is rarely, if ever, a cakewalk...
Ugh. I can't relate to the revision, as I just had my bypass.
In November of last year, but I do remember that blasted drain. Mine was only in for 2 days, but it was hell. I certainly empathize.. but once it was out, a large part of my pain and discomfort went with it. Hopefully they'll get it out of you soon and you'll be on a quick road to recovery..
