6 miles with the.

.now I do.

Aerobics.

2 days a week(60 min in am and 60 min in evening).

Starting weight when left hosp was 260 lbs.

Now at 237 lbs 10 days later.

I find I have gas alot.(thank goodness it don't smell)..

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you an answer..

Elliptical .... I can even do that one now or before. you do get tired. I bring a protien shake with me and rest between each.

My mother in law lives 2,5 miles from meso I go there every morning.now I walk and don't bus. there is the odd time I bus with my partner.he walked once and was in leg pain for a few days..

Congratz on the progress.

After I got home from my gbs I had all I could do to go around the block and now I could go for 3 hrs or more but my daughter gets pooped out first lol..

I guess what helped me I had less discomfort.

Then sitting or laying downso I always walked.till I hit the bike,..

Hi just make sure you dont over do the.

Exercise.

As you still healing inside,my doctor said I can walk but wasnt allowed to start.

Swimming.

For 6 weeks and then I am having a doctors referral for gym work post op but not yet,i am 6weeks post op so please be careful an do it under your doctors advice,maybe drs in england more cautious but well done to you..

My doctor must be very cautious also because he only wants me to "gently" walk each day for the first 10 weeks. I read what you are doing and I am simply amazed to say the least...

I was told 10000 steps a day from when you get homethat is 5 miles.or I could do it on the bikethe.

Is steps too just to a beatit all low impacti haven't done.

I had.

01/13/10. When I first got out of the hospital I was taking short walks twice a day. But now I've gone back to the gym and am.

Working out.

For about an hour and a half a day. I haven't gone back to work yet so I am able to work out everyday. I do some strength straining and then I do 30-45min of cardio. I haven't tried any ab work yet I feel I should wait a little longer. But so far so good...

I'm soooo sad. I've not exercised at all. Unless you count work. I'm 1 month out. Feeling lazy. You are my new inspiration!.

Hats off to you!!! You are truly amazing. what an inspiration. Keep up the good work but do be careful and listen to your body for any signs of problems. Thats an awful lot just having had.

I always know when I wake upif I can make it to the bathroom with no dizzy spell. then I can make it to the gymif I am dizzy then it means day in bedwith only.

Exercise.

Being up and down the stairs for my shower..

I dont lift weights yetwas told to wait till I get the ok ...
