I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I discover an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can help you..

That is crazy amazing!!! I had only lost 11 lbs by two weeks out. I'm 11 months out now, and down 146 lbs. You're off to an amazing start. Don't get discouraged when the loss starts to drop off. An honest expectation is 2-4 lbs per week after 2 months post op...

Congrats to all that have lost sounds like everyone is doing great, I thought I was doing great but now not so sure I am exercising am.

Walking.

A 1/2 to 3/4 mile 5 times a week , and I am 1 month out ,and I have lost 25 lbs and no inches, and am still eating pureed Medifast food and can only eat a total of 8 tablespoons of Medifast food a day and my protein drinks of course, I know everyone is different so I will keep doing what I am doing, I guess I am having a self pity party here...

Aw everyones so nice! Thanks for all the support..

Does anyone know if theres an alternative to drinking protein shakes. Like something with the same amount that I can eat or even swallow? I havent had a protein shake in a week. The texture makes it so hard for me to be able to drink. ugh..

Help? =]..

Hi...just wanted to say that I found a wonderful way to get my protein shakes in...I drink SF Carnation Instant Breakfast instead of those yucky protein powders...I am 6 months post-op and can just now tolerate putting a 1/2 of a banana and 3 frozen strawberries in it...it makes me feel like I am cheating...but in fact I am not...AND CONGRATULATIONS ON THAT WONDERFUL WEIGHT LOSS...YOU GO GIRL...keep up the good work...Hugs...Magaret..
