My 1st question is: How can you delete AIM screen names on the messenger drop down Medifast menu? Looking forward for any answer. Another quick question... So I just received all my final paperwork from the surgeon and OMG I am so scared...I am generally a person that is scared of everything and this is just ONE more thing that is scaring me..

I do not (I REPEAT...DO NOT) want my normal fear to ruin this for me..

I am 37 years old, 300 + pounds & Type II Diabetic...I know this.

Surgery.

Will add years to my life but the fear is eating away at me. I like many others have tried to lose the weight via Medifast diet pills, ww, and most gimmicks....but my.

Willpower.

Is pretty weak and I know this.

Surgery.

Will force me to do the right thing and that is what I want..

I want my life back....the weight is now causing me to not want to be outside...hang with friends...go around family...basically other then work I'm almost a hermit!.

I want to live liffe to the fullest.....I am the Mother of an almost 20 year old and I want to be around to see my grandchildren...to watch my son grow into the wonderful MAN he is on his way to be..

I am such a wuss and I do not want to wuss out and miss the opportunity of my life......

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer to that question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I bump into an decent answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can help you..

Darlin....don't be scared. You're starting a new chapter in your life, embrace it and cherish it. Anticipation of th unknown is awful and your mind plays tricks on you (says the girl who almost backed out a few times). When your healthy, diabetes behind you, and wearing some swanky outfit you will be so happy you didn't let fear stop you..

You have a group who support you and are here for you every step of the way..

Stay strong and stay positive..

Your gonna do fine and be fine. It isn't as bad as everyone thinks. It is normal to be nervous, but see how many there are of us, and only a small few have had any complications..

Many are doing fine within days..

Your time will be here before you realize and the rest of your life is ahead of you...
