I am 16 days out and I am happy to say I can do 64oz +. I drank over 100 before rny so I am use to it. It was a slow start but all of a sudden this week it has been a lot easier. My program says 64+ and has never said anything about to much...
I know my surgeon told me one of the reasons to not drink with meals is that it could stretch my pouch....kind of makes sense???..
My team said 48 oz a day, plus protein shake and any soup etc, counted over and above. Yesterday was the first day I got close to 48oz, I can drink all day at work, but I forget when I get home..

This is so interesting because I have my 3 month check up tomorrow and I actually have this exact question to ask. I drink at least 100 oz. a day and I drink usually 16 oz. per hour. I will post tomorrow when I get my answer...
I think your NUT is just that a nut! All I hear is a AT LEAST 64 ounces of fluids a day. Fluids dont stretch the pouch.. yes they go right through. I do.

That's impressive.. I'm with Fletcher, it's not always easy to drink that much...
I'm with the majority here... Its a tough battle for me to get in all my liquids. I worry so much about not drinking before I eat, while I eat and then after I eat!.
