Good question... I dunno what is the answer to your question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I find an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can answer it..
It is so funny that you say that because here is what I JUST posted on my facebook status::.
"it still amazes me how much easier things are with 75 lbs off..
, bike riding.. used to be dying by the time I got a block away from the house, tonight we rode about 5 miles.. still not a lot, but a lot for me! And I could have gone more. Gonna start doing that 3-4x a week, it was fun and gives us something to do together.".
How crazy is that? LOL Congrats on your class, keep up the good work!..
You go Chris- you look soo amazing now- I can only imagine after a couple of classes soo happy for you- I am trying to get the nerve up for a spinning class. Keep it up- you can do it!!!.
Woot woot thats awesome...>I love the gym,,,,but the only class I do is the water classes. Otherwise I do the machines on my own....
Still working on the nerves for the other classes.....
That is great to see, I also feel more empowered now after GBS and I am doing things that I thought I never would. Keep up the good work...
Those Bodypump classes are amazing! They will get your major results quickly even if your not post gbs! My Y just got those classes in November they are amazing. Its nice too cause they are always the same moves even with different instructors, if it is the LesMills certified instructors that is. So you don't feel weird trying out different classes as some do...
We have the classes too. and Wednesdays 2x's a dayi love my Wednesdayi always take the classes. keep it up there great ...
Way to go Wittch! But this will be a good kind of sore for sure..
You girls should try a "spin" class, it seems to be a chick thing and I'm not sure what it is but you ought to here these ladies screem with glee about ten minutes into the class. I think it has something to do with the bicycle seat!!!! LOL. I know you think I'm nuts but it's true..
That is great, good for you. I am trying to get my nerve up to just tour the gym so you are way ahead of me...
I joined the gym in December. I haven't been very faithful about going ever since Christmas...no excuses, but I have to daughters who play rep hockey and a husband who has been travelling a ton and time has been scarce for me..
Tonight I particiapted in my first actual class since I was 20something...it was called bodypump where you do.
Interesting that a year ago I would have never had the courage to walk into a gym, expecially a class where I had to look in a mirror and.
I can tell I am going to be sore tomorrow and watch out on Friday, but plan to go back on Friday night...
LOL @ Lucifer, sounds like my kind of class!..
I am all about taking classes at my local gym. Currently, I am in to Zumba, water.
I admit I cant do as much as the average person yet (only being down 50 lbs) but I tell myself as long as I am still moving I am working.... and it beats pre.
Sitting on my butt all day!..
Where do I sign up for the spin classes!! lmao Brett you are so bad no wonder I seek out your posts lol. I havent joined a gym yet that is my next goal to find room in our finances for a membership...
I found a gym right across the street from my house and was willing to pay the price they were asking but they wanted a 3 year commitment. That's a little long for me, what if I move or something in those 3 years.. I don't want to be tied down to that. I would love to try out a Zumba class, or.
, but again with the contract..
Sooooo I've been riding my bike,.
, bowling, and my BF and I are going to start playing tennis when the weather is a little nicer, so I'm looking forward to that...
Oh how I love your replies Brett!!.
Trying Zumba tonight, but you have me thinking about those spinning classes!! ; )..
I tried the spin classwe have it 2 x's a day here.it was great except for the bruised butt. so now I dont do it as often till I get a gel seat for my butt.lol...
