I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I got an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..

I was off work for 9 weeks and this is my 3rd week back. I was so stressed about going back to work and reality. The first two weeks were very hard (making sure you took your vitamins, drank your water, went for your walk, ate your Medifast food to get your protein in, and on top of all that you are expected to work (haha). Just this week I am starting to get my schedule to work. It is busy but I figure some people go back to work after 2 - 3 weeks so I was lucky that I got that extra time. I am sure it will work out fine for you and good luck...

You can do it! There will be obstacles and I am sure you will be very tired after what you have been through, but you will get through..

I went back in two weeks (yesterday). It's hard, I can't get my water and protein in but I'm trying to figure it out. good luck...

Today is my first day back to work and I'm having a rough day. I was very nervous. I work in a call center and when I walk through the building I know people see me and wonder what happened. I'm making it through the day though...

I take my hat off to you gettin back to work so soon,i couldnt go back yet dont feel ready and still havin good and bad days. take it steady and pace yourself take care..

I was off work for 18 days..work in a busy imaging center and I was so nervous! thought id be wore out. really it was no big deal at all...have had to revise my eating/drinking scedule a time or two but have it all worked out...i eat a bit of breakfast while I'm getting ready..have my 30 minute drive to work and start on my drinking and have a protein drink about 11 or so..go to lunch at one so stop drinking 1230..and by the time I eat I have about 30 minutes left and can start drinking again while I clock in..no problems at all! good luck.you will do fine...

I have been back to work for a few weeks now after having 3 weeks off after.

Surgery.

It was very hard on me. I work 12 hour shifts and should of asked to start with partial shifts. The second night I was at work I was sent home after 4 hours because the lead nurse thought I was going to pass out more than once when she saw me pale and sweating profusely. I'm doing fine now, but still have moments when I have to just sit down and take a drink of water. My suggestion is.. if able...
