Quick question... How do I make my site display Medifast menus in search engine.? Many thanks for any comment. My other question... Well, I'm coming down the home stretch and had made all of the necessary dietary changes before.

Surgery.

(March 18th), but just gave up the cup of.

Coffee.

I drink in the morning 3 days ago. Man oh man...have I got a crazy headache! I know it is is better to give this up now and not wait until.

Surgery.

....but I'm feeling pretty cranky and not quite myself. I only have one cup per day..sometimes only half a cup....but this is hard. Any advice on how to get through this transition a bit easier. Also...how long ideally should I wait to resume my much loved morning routine?..

My doctor told me I could have a cup of.

Coffee.

Every morning, aad with creamer, as long as I make sure I get my fluids in. The reason they don't like you having caffiene is that it's dehydrating. I'm glad I didn't have your doctor because I'm totally like yiou. If I don't get my.

I am a.

Coffee.

Snob. Had to have my starbucks south american.

Coffee.

Every morning with just the right amount of stevia and muscovado sugar and half and half. French press, of course. Even though.

Coffee.

Was on my approved list of drinks, I had been warned against it and that made me very sad. So I switched to decaff and that made me sadder. I more or less quit drinking.

Coffee.

For my first 3 weeks but right now I am enjoying a cup of regular.

Coffee.

With my stevia and splenda and half n half. I'm not having any trouble with it at all. I think.

Coffee.

Should be fine in moderation. I don't think you should drink more than a cup a day, or maybe every 2 days. Make sure you get plenty of water in, too. Might have to use soymilk instead of regular milk to lighten your.

But other than that I don't see why you can't have your.

That's so funny because I used to be a kind of.

Coffee.

Snob also. The other day I was in a meeting and I heard a.

Coffee.

Grinder and moments later this wonderful smell of fresh "French Roast" was blazing through the office, I just got up and poured myself a cup (the first cup in months). I don't even know what made me.

Do it, but it was just wonderful..

The receptionist asked me if I wanted a second cup, but I had to tell her not unless she had whisky to go with it. It was 9:00 am and I think she knew I was serious as an erection problem!.
