You're right, I guess I need to keep going to the doctor about my persistant back pain....
I just needed a nudge!!!.
I agree with mama you will get there in no time and you should be thrilled with your progress. As far as the insurance goes don't give up. Appeal, appeal as much as you have to until they cave. Document anything you can associate it with and see your doctor and get letters from him. don't give up...
At the risk of sounding a bit evil, maybe you need to help the doctor help you! From what I gather the primary issue for approval is having skin problems. If your skin laps over you nee to find a solution that irritates the folds. And then get that documented. Now don't go getting all noble and think your the first or only person to ever do this. Get a clue girl and become proactive!.
If your exercising more, your building muscle. That's your gain..
As for your plastics..........keep trying, don't give up. There are ways you can cause a rash type look...............excessive scratching of the area can irritate it, and possibly cause a little infection........document that back pain as much as possible.........you will find that a persistent Dr. and your persistance could pay off..
Keep up your.

I agree with upnorthguy...MAN, 130 pounds is totally awesome...the other 2 WILL come off, maybe not today or tomorrow but you KNOW they will. Keep up the great work!!..
Thanks everyone...I knew you would all have my back!!! :).
I dont know what insurance you have, but my surgeon's office told me exactly what I needed to do to get my insurance to pay for skin removal. I need 6 months of documentation regarding some kind of rash under the folds of skin - one phone call per month to the doc. OR - 6 months worth of Chiropractic visits for back pain. - Either of those things and my insurance will pay for the.
Ask your surgeon's office if they know what your insurance requires........
I realize this skin issue is way more important to chicks or maybe not, but I was being dead serious when I mentioned helping your cause along. And Erica I too think your weight loss is spectacular to say the least. I was not intentionally being obtuse for failing to mention it earlier but I think fixing your skin issue will make this lifetime journey that much more successful for YOU!.
