Question I have... How do you make a ti-84 Medifast menu correctly...? Many thanks for any answer. My other question... I have just broken a 6 week plateau. The scales are moving in the right direction again....

Emotionally they are awful, you see such great results in the very begining and then BANG you hit it like driving into a brick wall at 60mph...

Be it the season, the emotions of day to day life, the experimenting with foods and all those little cheats you promised not to try a plateau is just another hurdle..

It needs a little persistance and a little more work to get out off, but you will..

Dont be down on yourself during this time, I know it's hard, but it wont help you control it or get things moving again....

Jump back on the band wagon, look at what has changed and fix it..

You have to make the most of this new way of life..

If you dont, who else will....

So.... may any of you experiencing plateaus want to talk or need some encouragement, talk to someone who knows..Talk to us....

DOnt just.

Leave.

It and get all bothered, it will only drag you down further into the realms...

Make a difference, make a change..

Beat the plateau with a vengance,, your the boss, it's you who is in control...

May your plateaus be short and less troublesmoe than mine....

Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can answer it..

Thanks Andy, I needed that. I completely wasted opportunity in January for kicking in and losing. Only six pounds down. So February is MY MONTH and my goal is.

Exercise.

Every day, no more "let's see if I can eat this" and getting my taxes done. That last one has got to at least get my adrenalin going, lol!.

Great post all. I too have started to blame myself if the #s don't keep falling. But as many have said, keep up the good fight. There are so many postive things about my new self and 10 seconds on a scale will not bring me down...

Thanks for the post, I am at a plateau at almost 3 weeks and because of posts like this I don't feel bad at all, I realize it's normal and my body is changing and needs time to catch up to the change..

Thanks again and keep up the good work, I'm also looking forward to ONEDERLAND :)..

I just wanted to say that the worst thing about the matter is, "the negative noise machine that runs through the mind of a fat person when his/hers body isn't responding the way they think it should. At the end of the day if your true to proper diet, water and.

Exercise.

All words of wisdom and nothing I do not tell others going through the same thing...

Plateuas are just temporary, let them beat you up for a bit if you have to, let them linger longer than you should occasionally, the point is not to get upset realise what it is.... And kick it into touch...

Effort excercise diet....

Sod the devil scales, if I never see one again it will be too soon. I'm so much happier, healthier and pretty darn hot too.... lol...
