I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to your question. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I discover an decent answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably could help you..
I have scoured the contribution section and cant seem to find the one mentioned above. I'm sure it's there but the name may not reflect the intent..
It may just be the answer..
If any one knows the name please let me know..
I believe either of these contributions will help you - although I don't use either so I can't vouch for their effectiveness.
Visual Verify Code (VVC) security..
The Visual Verify Code (VVC) security function is used by many forums now to stop the scripts that auto register and bog down a server. It should work for you. I haven't used the contribution one here but the one we use for our forum works well...
I use VVC and it works like a charm,.
Here is the contrib link..
Visual Verify Code (vvc).
And here is a link to a live demo.
Live demo of vvc.
Hope this helps you.
Did you find that the vvc code started to not come up?? thats what happened with mine so I had to remove it..
Could you explain further? I plan on usin VVC, so if there's an issue it would be helpful to know. If you've already discussed it in another thread, just let me know and I'll go hunting for it...
I just installed and tested vvc code and it seemed to work ok, e-mail sent and all..
Any other issues with vvc code please let me know..
Thanks for the Contribution William.
I didn't see the vvc in the knick-nacks, did you remove it for some reason?..
Im planning to use the vvc contrib, and I saw it works when the customer is creating an account. Can it be used in the login page, so it add more security?.
Thanks for any help!.

I've tried that VVC contrib but can't get it to work and would really like it. Has anyone else got it working recently?.
