I wouldn't judge any of these solely by sales, potential has a lot to do with it. So, whereas .cc may have more sales than .tv or .in, those two are on the way up and .cc is on the way out:.

The rest of the ones you listed stink...
It's surprising to see people still ranking .biz above .us...

Crazy that you've missed out two of the biggest extensions in the industry, .DE and .UK... in that order..
