How many Domains can I host in iPage, web hosting?

First question I got is How many Domains can I host in iPage, web hosting? Looking forward for any comment. My other question... March 9th.

Judge grants Medina control...all are shocked....expect RF to "implode" in days..

ICANN has "most" of the registry information. They avoid taking the rap for doing nothing, saying "...we are NOT a regulator. We are not the Internet police.".

Just when we thought things were looking up...

That's a good question. I'm not sure what is the right answer. I'll do some research in Google and get back to you if I got an decent answer. You should email the people at iPage as they probably could give you help..

I've said it before but I'll reiterate. Usually when the bottom starts to fall out of a company, the CEO plays the scapegoat... You guys who are saying that Medina was the problem, well you're basing this on a press release issued by the remaining partners of Registerfly. We don't have any clue what actually happened. Theres always alot of behind-the-scenes power plays within companies. For all we know it could have been Medina who was upset about the lousy direction the company was heading and the other partners could have been like, "if you dont like it leave!".

Then chaos ensued....

Obviously if the courts decided to grant him control, there had to be more behind this than what we've been told. Regfly started crying and accusing Medina of fraud and other criminal activities, but obviously the courts felt that he was the one in the right..

It will definitely be interesting to see how this unfolds and I hope this goes down as being a VALUABLE lesson to current and future registrars about how NOT to conduct business...

You are 100% right, in my opinion. Registerfly was the first company I used for the majority of my domains. Fortunately for me, I only have about 25 names there now, most of them, of which I will just let expire. (funny how they don't seem so great now!).

As you said, why would you want to leave any names here, "hoping" things will get fixed? There are so many other better companies with a good track record. If I had good names here, I would definately move them..

To those who leave them here, I hope I am wrong, and everything works out..

The judge in any case is limited to the case before him. If Medina can show ownership then the Judge has no choice but to give it to him, criminal charges, civil suits, and common sense are all irrelevant..

The snowball continues to grow...

I always found RegisterFly's control panel to be a pain so therefore I never registered a single HostGator there! I had a few there from buying from other people, but eventually moved them away because of the hassle with RegisterFly!.

I would suggest to move away from RegisterFly!..

All the noise was coming from one side in the conflict. that didn't make the noise true...

If Medina could establish ownership, then the criminal charges and civil suit are not irrelevant, but completely unfounded... If he owns the company than he had every right to do whatever he wanted with it, It's not criminal to try to protect your property... Obviously something went wrong and he felt the need to seize control of certain assets of the business that he felt were irreplaceable if he lost them (databases)..

As for common sense... Common sense tells me that a man doesn't usually risk the entire livelihood of his business and go to such desperate measures without there being some kind of serious threat that would warrant him to do such. I've seen the results of partnerships when 1 or 2 of the partners decide that they want to squeeze the other partners out of the business completely. It's really not a pretty thing to see...

All the facts we have suggest this is NOT close to reality...

Perhaps this thread will shed some light on what you have been discussing as the primary cause for "recent problems" at Registerfly:.

Even if he were the bad guy, he does not have much choice, either he is arrested or.

He comes back with some power to put out flames burning him...

Up until this point we haven't been presented with any facts, just claims by the remaining partners of RegisterFly..

The link above explains it all very clearly, and I have to say, while I didn't see that coming, I think I had the situation pegged fairly well...

This whole mess is quite sad..

ICANN, Reg Fly, Medina...such a farce...
