Hmm... I need to find out myself. I don't know what is the right answer. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could answer your Medifast question..
Relax. My GBS team says that avergae after 6 months is 50 pounds - you are WAY ahead of that. Ignore the scales for the time being - that will be hard but it is best to focus on proper protein, water and.
Weight loss rates do vary but they do maximize when you are getting requied nutrition, water and.
Rest assured that you are doing fine. Be patient with yourself. Give youself time to heal. You are 6 weeks out and doing great. Do not focus on calories. Focus on adequet protein, water and execise. These are the 3 things that are most important...
You are actually ahead of where I was at that time. At 8 weeks I was 40#. At this rate, you'll pass that by..
Again, try not to compare , but know that the average amount, give or take a few lbs. has you right on target. Keep up the good work..
What I hear ppl say is: 1) Ignore the scale; 2) Slow down; 3) Lower your expectations; and 4) Focus on your healing. These are valuable and I will practice them now and after.
Thank you for your words of encouragementI will try to just relax and heal. I put my scales away and will not step on them which is a very hard thing to doi am obessed with them and step on them two or three times a day. I will no longer do that...
I agree with what has been said...you're doing an amazing job!!! Unfortunately it's hard not to compare yourself to others, but everyone's journey is different. When was the last time you could say that you lost 37 lbs in a month and 1/2? You just need to put it into perspective and don't be hard on yourself!!! :) I think too we have a tendancy to eat too fast because that was what we were used to as Callie said, slow down and make sure you chew things up good!!! :) Congrats on your success so far, you're doing great!!!.
I agree with what everyone else has to say. I thought I was losing very slow...........I can't.
Or even do.
, treadmill or anything at all..
Wait, I do lift handweights and have a few arm exercises with them. So when I went to my 4 month apt.........I was very surprised to hear that I was actually 6 lbs. above the higher side of the spectrum than my Dr. expected to see..
It does come off, even for someone like me, who does nothing to help it..
Don't beat yourself up..........our body readjusts constantly to keep us healthier. When your scale isn't showing results, your inches are. We didn't put the weight on in a day, and even though we'd like overnight progress.......it takes some time to get it off..
Your doing great........go easier on yourself. The end results are coming, just listen to all the vet's on here.........they know what they are.
About, they have already walked in our shoes.........and look at them. All successes and looking good...
LOL did you say scales (plural)!???.
Now that's the funniest thing I've seen here in months..
It's a good thing andy's in china!.
AHA andy was in China... ow he is home... and BACK......lol...
Everything has been said Karis hun..... your doing well, and should not be in anyway disapointed.....
We all know the DEVIL scales and how they can bring us down, so please yes.... hide them or give them to a neighbour.....
All is well and it gets better.... Good to see some more newbies ( I have been away for 2 weeks).
Andy (Buzz) in the uk... xxx..
Don't feel bad Karis, I am 9 weeks out and have lost only 35 lbs, I.
, watch what I eat, get protein and liquids in so I don't know what I am doing wrong going to doctor today, see what is happening to me, make sure they did the.
They were suppose to do LOL...
