My 1st question is: Is there a cheats Medifast menu for ps3 fallout new vagas ? ? Looking forward for any comment. Another quick question... Hello All,.

I know my sister kept you posted and ty to her for that :).

Just want to give you an update on how I'm doing and how it was for me the few days.....

My.

Surgery.

Was Jan 20th..... I had never had.

Surgery.

Before so I was going thru phases of being frightened, not so bad, scared, doing ok, accepting it.... etc... lots of different phases......

The day before my.

Surgery.

I called to confirm my.

Surgery.

Time, which was originally scheduled for 12 noon was moved up to 9:30 a.m.... everyone assured me that this was a great thing and that I would get it over that much sooner.... First patient of the day.... the surgeons wouldnt be wondering about their lunches and could focus on me ;) Well when I got there 2 hours early and signed in..a bunch of us went up to this little room..... they called my name...... yikes.....

Walking.

By all the sterile beds and machines.... thats when I started.

Crying.

.....

They let my friend shannon in with me and let me take an.

Ativan.

To take the edge off.....

I ended up getting out of.

Surgery.

At 1:ish.... and didnt get out of recovery and in my room until 7 p.m. it was a long wait for my friend.....

Could NOT for the life of me get comfortable.... The.

Morphine.

Wasnt doing anything!!!!!!!! funny thing is I have a high tolerance to pain medication and I dont ever even take it so I'm not sure why.... They ended up switching me the next day to Dilaudid... which basically put me to.

Sleep.

.... The last time I was in a hospital was back when I was 19... a loooooooooooooong time ago.... How miserable.... My nurses were nice.... but geezzz I would seem like just whrn I got to.

Sleep.

They would be storming in to either get my vitals or my roommates.... No need to be quiet... lol WTF!!!!!!!!! I have never been able to.

Sleep.

On my back so it was extremely uncomfortable for me and almost impossible for me to get any.

Sleep.

.... I ended up having to stay an extra day... my.

Oxygen.

Saturation was very low.... I just couldnt seem to get a deep breath.....

They finally let me out on Saturday morning.... I dont think I have ever gotten ready that fast enough! I called my sister and they were on their way to come and get me :).

It was a tough day yesterday - mostly with trying to get comfortable.... building a pillow ramp on my bed or trying to get comfy on the couch... It was hard..... Tried to get in as much as I could in terms of water and protein.... not easy....

Today was a better day.... still in pain, but not as bad.... I think things are "starting to move"..... which makes things a little better :).

I'll just be happy when I'm a few weeks out where I'm not in any pain, and I can.

Sleep.

On my side....

Just happy to be home and on the losers bench.....

Thanks for all your support.....

You guys are the best :)..

You betcha! but... you might want to make sure and wait for someone else here to confirm it as I am unsure. Better yet, why don't you give a call to the Medifast guys because they can help better...

Glad to hear you are home - it will make you feel better. Just do what everyone says: sip, walk, and relax. Each day does get better. Soon you won't be able to sit still you will have so much energy - so enjoy :)..

Glad your doing well......and things are starting to move....LOL. You'll be feeling much better in another week, and then be telling your sister the same thing..

Good luck, keep updating and don't let the scale get you down. Plateaus are normal and a big part of this, I would suggest that you measure yourself and have your sister do it too. I never did and am sorry for that. Cause when the weight's not dropping the inches are..

I did measure my wrist today, cause I noticed how small it was looking........it's a 7.........imagine that. It was probably a 12 at least. Little things.........that's what we have to look forward to...

Glad you are doing okay.im a left side sleeper so the flat on my back thing was a killer..the first night home I woke up..could not turn to see the clock..did not have a clue what time it was...wondered what would happen if I had to go to the bathroom..how was I gonna get up..would I be too stiff and sore..well I was near panic stricken...like a turtle in it's back...so woke my husband up. I kinda turned and he kinda pushed..and I popped up! the next couple nights I put a pillow under my back so I was kinda turned to the left and I had no trouble getting up...and by the 4th night able to.

Sleep.

On my side and get up with no problems! so it will get better! promise!..
