I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some poking around and get back to you if I bump into an answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can help you..
I would wait.. lol. I bougth clothes that I thought would fit and are now way too big.....
I'm way off in measurements than you, me being 5'10". My niece is 5'2" and wears a size 4. She weighs in at about 130 lbs..
That helps a little!..
1 year post.
Size 4 1/2 ring..
Size 6-8 clothing.
I think you are dead right on the size for your goal outfit!.
Terri I am going for the 8... I WILL DO IT DAMNIT! lol..
My sister had GBS 6 years ago and she has kept her weight off and she is 5 ' 3 and weighs 130 and she wears a size 4 so there ya have it ... As for me I am looking forward to a size 10 here real soon, I started out in a size 18. Buy something really pretty and oh yeah sexy to hang up..
I wouldn't buy anything now. If you are like me and have been morbidly obese for some time, there is no way you are going to know what fits your body after massive weight loss. I have been obese since I was in high.
, and I am now 47. Not only are things not riding as high as they used to, my overall final weight will not be the same as someone much younger even with the same proportions. I also need to have my excess pannis removed, which will drastically change the way my clothing fits even at my goal weight. If you were never much of an exerciser and now follow a fitness plan, that will affect your final results as well. I have rejoiced in every change all the way along and found meeting short-term goals has been incredibly motivating as I move toward my final goal. Getting something new every time I change sizes has been sooooo fun, not to mention what a properly fitted bra does for my look!..
AHA.... At last a post I can be real cheeky on....
So here it is....
What ever you buy make sure it's in LATEX... it's pretty stretchy so your fit into it sooner lol...
LOL.... ha ha ha.
Buzz pictures a latex covered peanut... and more...
Sorry I just could ot help myself, it's what has been miissing in my humourous ways....
Mmmmm, latex. Andy, you sound like my kind of fella ;)..
The idea of a "goal" outfit is "cool". Just be careful and make sure the goal is attainable. Not one that will.
You feeling frustrated..
Good luck. I.
That all goes well..
