Hope.

I'd give it some time after getting sick before you try to sip your fluids...

I find that when I lose my Medifast food it takes me a couple of hours before I can put anything including water I my pouch as a matter of fact I can only eat a very small amount of Medifast food at any given time. All I do is take small portions and try to get fluids in as best as I can. I bever eat to much but some things just don't agree with me. All we can do is just keep trying and take one day at a time.. I'm sure it will get better..

Good luck to you and I.

Hope.

Your feeling better really soon..

Linda :)..

As you go through your transition you will have to test what you can and can't eat. I no longer eat meat because I can't tolerate it but some can. Also make sure your not stresed when eating that can affect you. Always chew your Medifast food 30 times before swallowing it helps. I weighed 450 pounds before.

Surgery.

And I lost over 200 pounds. I now counsel others who have had the.

Surgery.

And those who are morbidly and super obese so that they can be encouraged to live healthy...
