Got a question... Remove "Set As Desktop Background" from explorer context Medifast menu? Looking forward for any answer. Second question.. Ok so I had to go to the Doc today, man had no clue how to treat a GBS patient, I had to tell him no sugary cough syrup.. what a dork! anyway I have bronchitis boo no fun. My real question involves fat, so I was waiting on my prescription and I started looking around, and I found low fat soup, but it had 9 grams of fat in it, compared to the 23 grams of the other soups, but 9 grams is still bad yes? cuz 1% milk only has 2.5 grams I believe, and that is as high as we go..

Basically what is to much fat? (i know we are all different but what is the standard we can handle).

And what is the standard for low sugar? how many grams of sugar and how does sugar alcohol play a factor? lol thanks for the answers in advance sorry to be such a pain in the tushi!..

Honestly I don't remember how much fat. I just made sure was low fat. I was always more concerned with the sugar/carbs issue and I got along fine. I was told try to stay under 10 grams for sugar and the info about the sugar alcohols is correct..

My doctor had told me about fats, that many experience "loose bowels" with too much fat...and that amount varies person to person. I find that can happen to me also, if I eat a couple pieces of s/f gum or s/f lifesaver candy...which I don't do often..

I too, try and just keep it low fat. I do use regular mayo on my tuna, but cut the amount way down, and add a little dill pickle juice for moisture..

Thanks for the responses, my husband bought me 2% milk he said you will just have to water it down.. I am so freaked out I made him go back to the store and find me 1% he is drinking the 2%..

You will find skim milk will taste great after a short while. The low daily calorie and sugar intake will change your taste buds to the point you will really taste the natural sugars in the milk. That will help drop your fat intake so you can enjoy it in other foods...
