Question I have... Someone Copied My Medifast menu! Is This Illegal? Thanks in advance for any answer or 2. Another question... Ok Y'all....Here it is......A check in point if you will. If you all remember Andy (BUZZ) and I started a challenge earlier this week and posted it on Sunday..

Basically I would like to know how everyone who decided to take the challenge is doing???? Are you sticking to your jumpstart plan?.

Has it been difficult for you? Is the fact that we are doing this challenge as a group effort helping anyone? Curious to know your progress!.

Here's mine so far.....

I have been doing the Richard Simmon's workout every day as promised and I upped the anty of exercising with.

As well.....it gets to be real hard NOT to check the scale but I am trying to REALLY hold out on this..

Next week on Monday I will start the five day pouch test! (Thanks Karauto) for ALL the wonderful info on it! I am eating more salads and fruit and have even decided to start the day with the fruit smoothie homemade protein shake!.

I would like to know the answer too. Anyone here know what is the answer to that question. I'll do some research and get back to you if I find an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably could give you help..

Into day 4 of the pouch test. No weigh ins til after day 5 is done..

Doing well with the Medifast food aspect...difficulty getting all the water in. I get foiled by.

I missed your post Sunday, but interestingly, I too had jump-started myself the past week. I have been.

2 miles in the morning, and making my 10,000 steps MOST day. For me that is a little over 3 miles total..

This last week I've upped my.

To 2 1/2 miles and then trying to get to 12,000 -14,000 steps most days. I've been successful...inspite of some cold temps, and rain a couple..

I also am fine tuning my peanut snacks. I can over due on those, as it's a favorite food, so I am measuring out my ounce. Not saying I can't or won't have a few more, but it's a good visual reminder that THIS is one serving, and enjoy it, don't inhale it. I have found it helpful and I'd admit even a bit more satisfying because I am paying attention to the small amount I have to eat and enjoying them completely..

Not sure, since I missed your post , if everyone was committing to a 5 day pouch test, but I am not at that point of needing to yet. Have still been losing. I am 9 months post op and have lost 110 lbs. I only weigh once a month, so my results won't be known to me for another couple weeks..

I am doing better at gettting into a schedule. I just need to wake up earlier in the day :) Also, adding slowly to the minutes on my.

I suck!! I have not exercised once!! Not once. But I am in the middle of costuming a show with over 50 kids and I haven't stopped shopping, fitting, adjusting, sewing, trimming, etc before midnight all week. Was on my feet for over 8 hours in a row for several days.

Running.

Oh, well, I am forgiving myself and promising to do better week after next. I should be done by then!..

Okay I had surgry may 25 2009.

I started out at 324 lbs and not even being capiple of.

To the corner cause I couldnt breath.

Now I am willing to walk for 3 hrs if there isnt alot of wind cause I still got asthma and one lung lol so the heavy winds are ruff on me.

And I am down 129 lbs made my goal and am under 200.

I am still going strong and if we keep the wonderfull 40's weather with sun and little wind I will keep my but right on moving but if not I will keep going up and down the basment steps for my excercise along with my teaching my 7 yr old to be gracefull when she tries to dance lol we will get there..

I finally got my vitamins organized along with my thyroid and 'don't cry all the time' meds!. Richard Simmons and I had fun on Tuesday, I walked Wed & today. On protein drinks, yogurt and one meat meal a day. I'm getting there!.
