Quick question... What is your favorite meal on the Chinese food Medifast menu? Looking forward for any comment. Another question on my mind: I had my gastric bypass two years ago and I can't believe the time went by so fast. I have lost about 180 pounds and have gone from a size 5x to 14/16. Before.

Surgery.

I had high blood pressure and couldn't walk very far due to back and knee pain. Now I no longer need meds. for blood pressure and I seldom tire out.

Walking.

And even go to the gym regularly. The best part of the last two years has been the improvement of my self-image. I have so much more confidence and don't feel like a "circus freak" anymore. It seems a miracle ,yet I still feel frustrated that I haven't lost more weight. However, I do know that I would weigh a lot less if all of my extra skin were removed. but I can't afford the cost of.

Surgery.

GBS was the best descision I ever made. I.

Hope.

I can continue to benefit from it and keep the good habits I have been practicing...

Congrats. 180 lbs is incredible and you should be very proud. Don't give up on plastic.

Surgery.

For the skin removal. I couldn't afford it either but if you can prove a medical need for it you have a good chance at having the stomach area done. Just document any rashes, sores, how long it hangs, anything that causes discomfort and be sure to ese a doc and get a letter from him. It is possible :)..

Congratulations indeed!!! Love to hear of your success, Not just getting the weight off, but keeping it off. My question to you is, (maybe under a new posting) What are you doing today that you were also doing in the beginning of your journey? What are you doing differently? What advise do you have to give those who are now.

Learning.

The meaning of maintaining and living as a "normal" thin person?..
