Good question... I dunno what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an anything. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can help you..
Thanks, I will definitely check this site out then bookmark if it is good for me!!!!.
Hugs as always,.
Just looked at the site, can't afford the book, but thanks anyway!..
By the way I love your name..
I didn't even realize there was a book..
My son keeps asking why I want him to have say.
If you type it in you will literally have all you will ever need to know on the subject..
The search is not as great as I would like it to be ( much like the one they have here) but the information is impressive...
Yes, I believe it said it was $25.00 or something close to it..
My daughter (Lori) picked the name she derived it from the Movie "Brokeback Mountain," don't ask me why she thought it would be good for me. I keep telling her that I need to get a more professional sounding name and she tells me it is fine! When I get more familiar with the computer I will have to open another account for my so called "business," like name!..
Thanks, they have recipes too! You have to click on the link on the bottom of the recipe for nutritional info, but at least it's there! Looks like a couple of good soups ones I'll be trying, thanks for the heads up...
Not to press a point but another item I looked up was.
Note that under "What events may indicate a need for more high-iron foods?" is....
Something to think about..
It seems like the most practical answer to the.
Problem would be to buy the frozen chopped spinach (which is cheap) and put it in EVERTHING (which I do).
It is actually quite tasteless..
I am a personal Support worker..
I worked privately for a couple of little old ladies for years. One of these ladies detested spinach. Imagine her suprise when 2 years later I told her she had been eating it everyday since I began..
She lived to be 98 ;).
I am currently toying with putting it in my protein shake :)..
, today my daughter (Lori) came in my room when I pulled up your e-mail alert and showed me how to work my way through the link you posted. I do apologize for telling you that I couldn't afford the book! She was very patient with me and showed me how to hook up the site to get recipes off of it. I copied a couple but can not try them until we go Medifast food shopping next month. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that I could not find recipes that were SF. Lori does make adjustments to recipes but I just want to go on a site that actually is SF because I want to make sure she is making the right exchange with the sugar substitute. If you have any suggestions or can help me navigate the link better I would greatly appreciate it!.
Until next time, take care and have a great Monday!!!.
Hugs as always,.
I know the site is kind of a tricky to navigate..
I am like you, I want certain things left out of my recipes so I use the kind that suit me best. I probably won't use the recipes either but it gives me ideas..
I have been typing in a certain foods or something I want to prevent like hair loss or maybe just something I want to learn more about. When I do this I do not usually get a favorable result however when I scroll down I usually find what I am looking for..
I have this site bookmarked because once you learn how to use it the information is amazing..
It's kind of like a dictionary of good food...
