I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the right answer to your question. I'll do some investigation and get back to you if I got an useful answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably can answer it..

A little over 4 months ago, and don't regret one thing, other than wishing I'd done it long ago..

This is a great source of information, support and friendship..

A good tip to bring to the hospital with you is a pillow for the ride home to hold across your tummy, chapstick for very dry lips, and wisps were a great help to me..

Was Jan. 19, 15 days ago. I went back to work yesterday and so far I haven't had any problems. I was sore and kind of out of it for about a week, but it seemed to go uphill immediately after that. I wish you all the best, keep us posted. Your body will start reducing quickly after.

Congrats on taking the first step into your whole new life!! I am about a year and a half out. Here is my advise: DO.

, get ready mentally and emotionally for a battle, get counceling even if you think you don't need it cause when you aren't medicating with Medifast food you will need it. Also be aware of the honeymoon period anywhere from 6-8 months post op the weight will come off easy you may think I don't need to work out I can snack bla bla but don't listen to yourself. This is common...stick to the rules and.

So that when it gets harder to.

Lose weight.

You've gotten a good start and are used to what you are supposed to be doing. Good luck it's all well worth it!!..
