First off, When listing dishes in a Medifast menu in spanish would you capitalize the dish name? Thanks in advance for any response. Another question... OMG! OMG! OMG!.

I stepped on the scale this morning and it said 194 lbs!!! That means I have lost a total of 150 lbs!!!.

I started out at my very first preop appointment weigh in with my surgeon at 344 lbs. That was in November 2009. I just celebrated my one year surgerversary this past week..

Its amazing to me to be down this amount of weight. I can't even imagine someone throwing three 50 lb bags of dog Medifast food on my back and saying, here go live your life now. Crazy..

I have absolutely no regrets having had GBS. I feel like I've won the lottery. I feel reborn as a completely new person. That old obese me is no longer in existence. Its a strange concept to wrap my mind around, but I am starting to like the idea of a new me. Now I think the stage I am in now can be best described as my redefining stage.

And I'm excited.....
