I had a last meal the night before (nachos, potato&egg, bean&cheese tacos) I love my MX Medifast food :). had to be at the hospital @ 7am did not get to much.

Went to bed around 245 and woke @ 445 to shower and get ready..

Once I got to the hospital everything went fast went into.

At around 11am. I was worried about the last meal but, everything went well my liver was fine for.

When I woke up from.

I was in a good amount of pain (it felt like someone ran me over w/ a truck lol) I had a drain and a pain ball coming out from my left side of my stomach and about six incisions. connected to my iv was fliuds &.

W/ a button that I could press when I was in pain (i never let that go lol) I was still in pain so they gave me some.

To calm me down (i was off to.

For a few hours) I awoke pain level was going down so I waked around some. they almost had to put a catheter in bc my bladder was full and I wasnt able to go pee I really had to and that was the last thing I wanted so mins before they were going to put it in I went (THANK GOD). oh yeah they gave me another dose of.

Right before bed.

I didnt get a good night.

My sholder, neck, belly and nurse kept waking me up. in the morning I was feeling tons better that day. I also got brakfast, lunch, dinner which was about the same thing each meal a bit difference (chicken/beef broth, jello, tea/coffee) I found myself getting full fast and not finishing everything. I drifted in and out of.

All day bc of the drugs. Later that evening they took me off of.

, iv fluids /.

And started me on liquid meds.

I slept sooooooooooo much better ! woke up dr came in early around 630am got some breakfastthe nurse took out my iv, pain ball, and drain ball. and went home. feels so good to be home..

All in all I had a wonderful experience I have a great doctor and the hospital / nurses / staff were all so great sweet, friendly, and loving. best hospital I have ever been to..

That's great, about the same as my experience. I just had mine on 2/24/10. I was in a lot of pain as well. I think I was in a lot of pain until a few days after I got home. You will be on your way in no time. I remember 3 days after my.

I was so uncomfortable b/c I had stopped taking the pain meds so I could use the bathroom (if ya know what I mean) and what a mistake that was. I had such a mental and emotional moment that was unreal!! LOL But thank God that passed and now I've moved on to stage 4 Medifast diet this week and so far so good!! :) Good luck with your journey!!..
