First question I got is Write a Medifast menu driven program using functions (and pointers) which has following options:? Looking forward for any answer or 2. Second question of mine... Ok, it's been a bit since I have posted any personal wow moments about myself, but we should celebrate the small victories along the way, right? The past couple of weeks have gone especially well - several things seemed to come together at once and so I wanted to share:.

1. Onederland!.

I'm actually now at 190. I held off on any announcement because I plateaued at about 200 for 2-3 weeks. And before anyone asks, yeah, I got a little obsessive about the scale for a while - better now that I am solidly under 200..

2. Lowest weight in at least 30 years.

I know when I entered college I was around 210. Don't really remember being 190..

3. BMI is now 24.8.

Just slightly under the upper limit of the 'normal' range. Don't know if I've ever had a BMI in the 'normal' range - I suspect not. I've always been overweight. My starting last year BMI was 37.8.

4. Back in blue jeans.

Most of my weight was in my belly. Blue jeans had become uncomfortable for me many years ago. On Saturday I purchase my first pair of blue jean in at least 20 years - size 36. They feel great..

This journey has not been easy by any stretch of the imagination but the effort is definitely paing off in very big ways That why (as you can tell from my recent posts) I've been so focused lately on the keys to long term success - I have a very strong desire to permanently maintain what I have already achieved - and more...

Hope.

Your day goes well...

I'm stumped. I'm not so sure what is the answer. I'll do some Googling and get back to you if I got an good answer. You should email the people at Medifast as they probably know..

First of all>>>CONGRATULATIONS!! So many milestones, it is simply amazing and I can't wait to join you on those "firsts". Second, yes I have noticed that your posts lately have had more of a "long-term" focus and I just wanted to thank-you for that. Many times when I seem to get stuck on negative thoughts, I can always count on your posts helping me to turn my thinking around. You seem to be a very in-tune person and I'm glad that you are part of this support group. Carolyn..

Thanks all for your very kind and encouraging words. I've gotten far more out of my participation here than I ever imagined I would. It has helped me to see my journey not from just one pair of eyes but from dozens. We are not of 'one mind' here - lots of opinions, lots of different suggestions, approaches, perspectives, philosophies, and solutions. Through that diversity and sharing of stories, sometime simple, sometimes painful, I am finding things that work for me..

Greek yogurt saved my life. Devrom saved the lives of my wife and my co-workers. Seriously! Sometimes it's the little things. Often, it was the posts I just read and never replied in - just the perspective helped. Your very kind words today have added to my commitment going forward. Thank you...
